Griliajul De la Neamu este un desert clasic, dar mereu actual, făcut manual după o rețetă tradițională. Savoarea lui unică vine din combinația autentică de arahide prăjite sau alune, îmbrăcate într-o cremă fină de zahăr ars și așezate strat peste strat între foi crocante de napolitană.

Production

The lattice takes shape in our hands, layer by layer. The caramel cream is carefully prepared, then poured over wafer sheets, along with roasted peanuts or hazelnuts. This continues until rich layers are obtained, and finally the dessert is covered with wafer sheets and left to cool.

Each step is done by hand, with care and patience, so that the result is a crispy, aromatic and irresistible grill, just like in old recipes, but perfect for today's tastes.
