"De la Neamu" Grilliaj cake is a classic, yet ever-present dessert, handmade according to a traditional recipe. Its unique flavor comes from the authentic combination of roasted peanuts or hazelnuts, coated in a fine burnt sugar cream and placed layer upon layer between crispy wafer sheets.

Production

The lattice takes shape in our hands, layer by layer. The caramel cream is carefully prepared, then poured over wafer sheets, along with roasted peanuts or hazelnuts. This continues until rich layers are obtained, and finally the dessert is covered with wafer sheets and left to cool.

Each step is done by hand, with care and patience, so that the result is a crispy, aromatic and irresistible grill, just like in old recipes, but perfect for today's tastes.
